This is a 1 day indoor show, rain, snow or shine. Judging done by peer judging system with exception of People’s Choice which is judged by peers and the public. Plaques awarded to 1st & 2nd place in each class. Cash prizes of $500 awarded for Best in Show and $250 for the People's Choice. Must be present at awards ceremony to win. Non-claimed winnings will be donated to a local charity benefiting veterans or members of our military. In consideration of my entry in the above referenced event, I hereby agree to hold harmless and release Thunder Mountain Harley-Davidson (hereafter known as “TMHD”), from all liability of any kind at the above named event including but not limited to: bodily injury of Show Bike or Automobile Owner and/or guests of that person, property loss or damage of display items and/or motorcycle or automobile belonging to Show Bike or Automobile Owner, loss or damage of truck and/or trailer parked on TMHD property and loss or damage or of personal items brought to the show. I agree to let organizers of this event use photographs of myself, electronic recordings, and/or other promotional materials featuring my likeness or being, to promote this event or its sponsors in the future.
